Platform & Technology

What devices do we need to run the platform?

Our platform is entirely browser-based. There is no software to install, making it compatible with any device you already have—iPads, Chromebooks, laptops, or desktops. If you have an internet connection, you can access the curriculum.

Does this integrate with our existing LMS?

Yes. We offer seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) and rostering with the tools you use every day, including Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, Clever, Class Link, Schoology, and Canvas.

How do you handle student data privacy?

Data security is our top priority. We are fully compliant with FERPA, COPPA, and GDPR. We use end-to-end encryption and regular security audits to ensure that your district’s data remains safe and protected.

What is the relationship between Qubits and Ellipsis Education?

Qubits and Ellipsis Education are part of the same suite of computer science solutions. Previously, many of our courses were known as Ellipsis Education, and we continue to provide those state-approved courses under that name today. Our newest materials and platform features are released under the Qubits name. Together, they offer a comprehensive solution for any CS strategy.
